Updates

Hi all

1. We need to submit our application for Fremantle by next weekend so now is the time to confirm yes or no and pay $40.

2. I submitted an EOI for Dunsborough last weekend and received an email from Matt Clements commending TRS, telling me that we would be accepted and asking if we would be interested in performing at a free concert on the Saturday morning in the town centre. It would mean a busy day because we have our usual Saturday afternoon performance, and there is a possibility that Coralie may not be able to conduct us if she has other commitments with Peppermint. Please let me know if you have a strong view - we will discuss it at our board meeting in a couple of weeks. The dates for Dunsborough are 8-10 November.

3. Reminder we have a Special General Meeting on 11 April.

4. Last week we made a good start on the new song The Parting Glass.
