President's Update 28/11/19

Carols all around again tonight - it is that time of the year!! Bon voyage to Miss Jane as she embarks on her latest amazing adventure. Safe travels and we will see you in fine voice when you return in a few months with lots of wonderful stories to tell. Also, it was so nice to see Cathryn last night who came along to join in for a quick sing.

2. City of Vincent - Seniors Lunch with the Mayor Function.

Thanks to all of those who have been able to commit to this gig. We are always keen to try and get some corporate gigs and this one has been quite short notice - so we really appreciate you putting your hand up for this one and saving the day.

3. Christmas Party/Secret Santa

Invoices for this have been sent out. If you could arrange payment asap that would be great as we need to confirm numbers with the hotel shortly.

If you are joining in Secret Santa this year, you should have received the details by email over the last few days. If you haven't can you please let Sara know. Bring your gift along with you to the Christmas Party.

4. Carols

Could you please print out the lyrics to Aussie Jingle Bells to add to your Christmas file for next week. Link here.

Could you please also make sure you have a plain black file to use when singing carols. Even if you know all of the words, we would like you to hold the file when performing so we all look nice and uniform. Thanks guys.

5. TRS flyer - we are on the hunt for some new members for 2020, specifically bass, tenors and another alto. If you know anyone who may like to come along and try out, please let me know. Thanks to Marianne who has made a flyer to put up all over Perth, I will be sending out a copy to you all shortly, so if you could print a couple and put it up your local area, that would be great.
